Painting with different voices

I make images to invite you into worlds that can sometimes be funny, sometimes disquieting or calming, All are meant to be thought provoking. Notice that there are significantly different styles and media represented. I allow the concept of each series to determine how I approach it visually.  Art-making to me is a weird mix of play, alchemy, terror, and transcendence.
